Get Active In Cranberry Township

As the weather starts to become cooler, you don’t need to become inactive or stay inside. The easiest way to stay outside as the temperature becomes cooler is to stay active while you’re outside. Here are some great things to do that will keep you active around your apartment at The Haven at Cranberry Woods.

Go Ape! is a great adventure that you can do with everyone. You can take a group of friends, family, or coworkers out for a fun time. You will grapple with fun obstacles, zip through the trees, and not even realize the weather is changing because you’re having such a great time. You should book your adventure ahead of time to ensure your spot. You can contact the company here.

If Go Ape! is already booked, go over to the North Park area. While there, you can grab a meal by the water, rent a canoe or kayak if it’s still warm out, or walk or bike through the trails that encompass the park. On October 20, there is a fall foliage hike that you can take part in that will get you out on the trails if you haven’t been there before. You can contact the park here.

If the weather won’t cooperate with any of your plans, you can take a bit of a drive and stay active at Sky Zone. While it is about a 30 minute drive, this is an active attraction that you don’t want to miss out on. Adults will have just as much fun (if not more fun) than the children will. Reserving a jump time is a must and if you have a large group, it would be best to contact them about getting a private time. The bonus of this is that you can jump with people you know without worrying about embarrassing yourself because you haven’t done anything like this in a while. You can contact them here.

As you can see, there are plenty of active things to do.  And, if all else fails, you can go ahead and head to downtown and walk around to explore. You won’t have to worry about finding parking everywhere you go and you’ll still get in your daily steps.

If this seems like a place that you would love, contact us here.
